- ○ Participants: Total of 100+ participants (including 50+ international participants)

- ○ Duration: Held for 2 days or longer

- ○ Nationality: International participants from at least 3 different countries
※ Note : for Bidding and International PR support, the event must be registered with ICCA or UIA -

- Bidding Support
- Bidding Preparation Development of bidding proposals, presentation materials, and consultancy fees
- Site InspectionExpenses for key decision makers conducting preliminary visits (Accommodation and round-trip airfare for up to 3 persons).
- Bidding ActivitiesOn-site bidding activities
- Promotional ContentProduction of online/offline promotional content to support the bidding process

- International PR Support
- Global Marketing Production of online/offline promotional content and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- On-site PRInstallation and rental of PR booths, hosting of official hospitality events (e.g., Korea Night)

- Hosting Support

Program fees, meeting technology, and conference room rental for streaming purposes.
Venue rental, official banquets, and cultural performance expenses.
Production of online/offline PR materials. Round-trip airfare for international speakers (Up to 3 persons)
